Fig & Lime Catering’s Tasting Night 2017

What a succesful event. Our Tasting Night was just as delicious as we imagined it to be!

Embarking on the food journey, we started with a spectacular grazing table, abundantly filled with cheese and antipasto, before sampling an array of canapés, that were: Prawn betel leaf bites, Lemongrass beef rice paper rolls, Peking duck, Mini antipasto skewers, Spiced lamb kofta meat balls, Pulled beef sliders, Mini chicken & mayonnaise sandwiches, Mini ricotta rocket and sundried tomato sandwiches before finishing off with Vanilla bean pannacotta and raspberry coulis.

Congratulations to our lucky draw prize winners, Donna Etchells of McGrath Estate Agents on winning a bottle Moët & Chandon and Kara Whittingham of Proactive App Solutions for winning a $100.00 voucher!

Happy Birthday Sarah!

We were very privileged to cater for Sarah’s surprise 30th birthday party on the 4th of August.

The 20’s themed flapper party was filled with joy and amazing family and friends who helped Sarah to make it a special night.

Guests enjoyed canapés of: Spring Rolls, Curry Puffs, Chicken Sate, Peking Duck, Fish Cakes and mini boxes of Pad Sew Ew noodles.

A special thank you to Sarah’s husband Sean and family who organised this wonderful event. 

The night could not have been more better!
