We were extremely privileged to cater for John & Kaye’s beautiful wedding. A lovely sight it was to see bride and groom, sharing this momentous occasion with 70 of their closest family and friends at ‘The Bellmore’, Bundanoon on Saturday Night.
A sparkling gold theme, embellished the venue, with cascaded fairy lights, and glimmering candles.
Guests helped themselved to Sweet Treats, provided by the Bride & Groom.
We marked the reception, starting with an array of our delicious entrees: Golden Seafood Spring Rolls w/ Plum Sauce, Cripsy Hand-Crumbed Fish Strips w/ Wasabi Mayo, Steamed Pork & Chicken Dim Sums w/Plum Sauce and Vegetarian Curry Puffs w/ Mint-Yoghurt.
Main dishes were presented in a buffet, with many selections to choose from. Guests feasted on: Chicken Rujak, Drunken Prawns, Beef Massaman Curry, Vegetarian Phanang Curry, accompanied with Steamed Rice and Indonesian Fried Rice.
